How MetalSys 300 Differs from MetalSys 180

  • Build Area: The 300 model has 300 × 300 × 400 mm, while the 180 has 180 × 180 × 150 mm. The 300 is chosen when larger parts or significantly higher productivity per run are needed.
  • Lasers and Power: The 300 has Dual laser (option 4 Laser) and a 500W/1000W laser, while the 180 has 200W with a Dual option.
  • Speed and Production Options: The 300 scans at speeds up to 10 m/s, has table heating up to 200°C, and extended powder circulation systems.
