xTool Screen Printer Basic Kit for Screen Printing
xTool Screen Printer Basic Kit is designed for creating stencils sized 228 × 305 mm using the xTool M series laser engraver, including the M1. The technology of laser burning on a specially coated mesh replaces the classic chemical image transfer process and eliminates the steps of applying photo emulsion, UV exposure, and water washing. The system allows for the preparation of printing forms for serial image application on fabric, paper, wood, cardboard, and other flat surfaces. The frame and mounting design ensures stable fixation and precise repetition of prints.
Design Features
- Stencil creation method: The engraver's laser beam burns the required layout on the special mesh coating, forming clear holes for paint passage.
- Preparation speed: The production of the printing form takes a few minutes in the working area of the xTool laser machine.

Stencil Production Process
Preparation and printing occur in several sequential steps:
- The mesh is secured in the frame using fixing silicone strips.
- The frame with the mesh is placed in the xTool M series laser engraver.
- The engraving process of the layout is launched in the xTool Creative Space software.
- The finished stencil is installed on the printer base for further paint application with a squeegee.
The absence of liquid chemicals and the need for washing allows the process to be organized in regular workspaces or workshops.
