xTool M2 20W Color Print & Cut Bundle: Laser Processing and CMYK Printing
The xTool M2 Color Print & Cut Bundle combines a 20W diode laser and a CMYK inkjet printing module in one unit. The device performs full-color printing, laser cutting, and engraving sequentially, without changing the position or repositioning the workpiece. The laser module with a working area of 426 × 320 mm cuts basswood plywood up to 10 mm thick in one pass and performs detailed engraving and marking. The inkjet printing module applies color images over an area of 300 × 294 mm.
Technical Capabilities and Equipment of xTool M2 20W
- Process Integration: The device sequentially performs CMYK color printing, laser cutting, and engraving on a single worktable. There is no need to move or reposition the workpiece.
- Performance: The 20W diode laser cuts basswood plywood up to 10 mm thick in one pass and performs high-speed marking.
- Engraving Precision: The laser spot size is 0.06 × 0.08 mm. This ensures clear reproduction of small graphic elements and texts.
- Automatic Focusing: The built-in mechanical probe independently measures the material thickness, after which the system automatically adjusts the height of the laser head.
- Positioning Control: Two built-in cameras — a 5 MP panoramic and a 2 MP focus camera — transmit the material image to the software, allowing precise placement of the layout on the workpiece.
- Control and Software: The machine connects to PCs or mobile devices via Wi-Fi or USB. Work is conducted in xTool Creative Space software.
- Safety in Use: The enclosed housing is certified to Laser Safety Class 1 (TÜV SÜD). Laser radiation is fully isolated, so protective glasses are not needed during operation.
Full-Color Inkjet Printing Module
The removable inkjet printing block applies color images, graphics, and photos directly onto the material surface. The module's working area is 300 × 294 mm. The device performs printing and laser contour cutting in one work cycle, eliminating manual movement or alignment of the workpiece. Modules are fixed on magnetic mounts of the carriage and connected by cable in a few seconds, simplifying the transition between modes.

- Laser Cutting: various types of wood, plywood, MDF, opaque colored acrylic, natural and artificial leather, cardboard, paper, felt, foam materials.
- Laser Engraving: wood, cork, MDF, natural leather, stainless steel, anodized aluminum, painted metals, rubber, ceramics, stone, cardboard. Engraving on glass is possible using matting pastes or thermal paper.
- Full-Color Printing: paper, dense cardboard, sticker materials, as well as absorbent and light surfaces (natural unpainted wood, cotton fabric, canvas, light felt, and light leather).
Operation and Safety
Laser power, printing parameters, and other work processes are controlled through a unified software interface. The enclosed machine housing is equipped with a viewing window that filters laser radiation. The design includes a duct for connection to an external exhaust system or air filter for the removal of combustion products and dust. This allows safe operation of the equipment in offices, classrooms, and enclosed workshops.
