Introducing the Shining 3D FreeScan UE Pro, a multifunctional handheld laser scanner.

Based on the FreeScan UE, this new generation of scanner inherits metrological accuracy and high data detail in a user-friendly ergonomic design, while improving precision scanning capabilities and global accuracy control when scanning large-scale objects.

The scanner operates in multiple scanning modes, utilising 26, 5 or 1 blue laser line projection and photogrammetric module integration.

Global accuracy control

The FreeScan UE Pro scanner features a patented inbuilt scale bar. The integrated photogrammetry does not require the location of encoding points, quickly capturing the spatial position of the target wireframe. The photogrammetry module improves volumetric accuracy to 0.02 + 0.015 mm/m.

The scanner projects 26 crossed blue laser lines for fast scanning of large objects, 5 parallel laser lines for refined scanning and one laser line for precise scanning of deep holes and narrow areas.

Easy to operate

Inheriting the lightweight and ergonomic design of the UE series, the intuitive user interface provides easy operation and reduces training time. A low working distance of 300mm compared to competitors and a wide scanning range of 600*500mm, allows fast surface digitisation in hard-to-reach areas.

Support scanning black and highly reflective surfaces, deep holes, ribbed surfaces, large and small objects.
