IMT AlSi10Mg is an aluminum-based metal powder, optimized for 3D printing using SLM/LPBF technology. This alloy combines low specific weight, high thermal conductivity, and excellent mechanical properties. Due to its high silicon (Si) content, the material has good flowability in the molten state, ensuring the production of parts with complex geometries and thin walls without defects.

Powder fraction 15–53 µm and spherical particle shape (sphericity ≥ 90%) guarantee stable flowability (Hall flow ≤ 18 s/50g) and high layer packing density during printing.
