Sift 300 Sieve for Formlabs Nylon 11 CF

The 300 micron Sift 300 Sieve is used in the powder cleaning station Fuse Sift during the extraction and cleaning of parts printed from Nylon 11 CF powder.

During the extraction of parts on the Fuse Sift sieve, unsintered powder is knocked out and directed into the sieve under the workspace. This sieve with a cell size of 300 microns filters out chunks or debris, separating clean powder. The recovered powder can be stored in a special hopper until mixed with fresh powder for the next print.

This sieve is only needed for use with Nylon 11 CF powder. Other powders in the Formlabs SLS printing system are compatible with the 150 micron Sieve, which comes with the Fuse Sift.
