Fiber Laser for Welding, Cutting, and Cleaning

In laser welding mode, the complex works with metal thickness from 0.2 to 5 mm. The wire feeding device helps fill joints between parts, and a separate nozzle allows welding without filler wire.

- Check the protective gas. Before starting work, ensure that the gas is supplied stably and at the appropriate pressure.
- Monitor the condition of the protective lens. Dust, metal splashes, and other contaminants can degrade work quality and damage optical elements.
- Properly adjust wire feeding. The wire should feed evenly and directly into the welding zone.
- Use the appropriate nozzle. Choose the nozzle depending on the mode: welding with wire, welding without wire, cutting, or cleaning.
