Description
Heat-resistant High Temp Resin for Form 4
A high-temperature resistant High Temp Resin for 3D printing on the new Formlabs Form 4 printer.
High Temp Resin has a heat deflection temperature (HDT) of 238 °C at 0.45 MPa, the highest among Formlabs resins.
Choose High Temp Resin for printing detailed, precision prototypes and end-use parts that require high thermal stability, such as molds and inserts, parts exposed to hot air, gas, and liquid flow, and heat-resistant fasteners, housings, and fixtures.
Why choose High Temp Resin?
It is the best material that remains stable when heated. High Temp resin provides the highest temperature deviation when heated among Formlabs resins.
- High thermal stability. High Temp resin provides the highest thermal deflection temperature of all Formlabs materials.
- Ease of use. Available Formlabs technology makes it easy to experiment with high temperature applications.
Where High Temp Resin is used
With the highest thermal deflection temperature of all Formlabs materials, High Temp Resin is ideal for applications that require high temperature resistance.
- Hot air, gas and fluid flow.
- Heat resistant mounts, housings, and fixtures.
- Molds and inserts.
