Small Radius Hemispherical 3D Scanner Surphaser 80HSX

Surphaser 80HSX hemispherical short range 3D scanner (0.25 – 7.0 m), measures with submillimeter accuracy – provides unsurpassed accuracy, resolution and data quality. Used in industrial applications to quickly scan and create accurate 3D copies of large objects in tight spaces.

Rotating in two planes (360° horizontally and 270° vertically), the scanner projects a laser beam onto a mirror set at an angle of 45 degrees, which directs the beam into surrounding space. At an angle of 1°, the 80HSX scanner is capable of projecting up to 360 beams. The beam reflects from scanned object’s surface, returns and is captured by scanner’s sensor, which measures the distance to the object by phase shift. Data is read at a rate of 208,000 points per second and accurate to 0.025 mm. There is a color scan option. Laser Class 1.

80HSX Scanner Key Features
