Buying 3D printer Fuse 1 High Efficiency Package allows you immediately to enter the process of SLS 3D printing. This set includes everything you need for 3D printing process maintenance, clean simple post-processing your prints, as well as powder collection and recovery.

Formlabs Fuse 1 Ecosystem

Fuse 1 High Efficiency Package provides a safe, clean and complete technological cycle of SLS 3D printing, printed parts post-processing, Powder storage and recovery.

When the printing is done, bring your Build Chamber to Fuse Sift. This station is made for safe and effective Powder recovery and makes the process perfect. You manually set the ratio of new to used Powder on display, and Fuse Sift will automatically dispense and mix it.

The device is equipped with a negative air pressure system and keeps the Powder inside. Powder from the Build Chamber will not disperse into your working space. Also, you have open access under the hood and easy parts cleaning with integrated vacuum hose.

Powder reusing reduce the amount of waste with a material refresh rate of 30%. The sieve of the Fuse Sift filters out the particles, which are then mixed with the new Powder. This mixture of recovered powder is used in the future in new prints. Thus, up to 70% of recycled Powder can be used for printing. Transfer the Build Chamber with prints to the Fuse Sift and install a new Build Chamber in the Fuse 1 so as not to interrupt the printing process.

No other SLS printing system on the market provides this level of quality and functionality.
