Stable network connection
Bambu Lab X1E has added an Ethernet port to connect to your devices, giving you a reliable network connection in demanding environments. The Ethernet connection can also be used in crowded Wi-Fi signal environments. In addition, the X1E provides Wi-Fi WPA2-Enterprise authentication (EAP-PEAP/EAP-TLS/TAP-TTLS) and individual physical disconnect switches for both Wi-Fi and Ethernet, meeting stringent network security requirements.
LAN operation

Powerful air filtration system
Bambu Lab’s new multi-level air filtration system: a G3 pre-filter, an H12 HEPA filter and a high quality activated carbon filter made from coconut shells. Improved filtration can effectively reduce excessive odors and particulate matter when printing in less ventilated environments.
Controlled oven temperature
The X1E can control the chamber temperature. Active heating of the chamber up to 60 °C improves print quality. Reduces warping, improves layer bonding, especially for filaments prone to warping, such as ABS and PC.
3D printing with refractory filaments
The Bambu Lab X1E has increased the maximum nozzle operating temperature to 320 °C, enabling high-quality printing with high-melting point materials such as PPA-CF/GF PPS and PPS-CF. These new materials have better dimensional stability, heat resistance and mechanical performance.
Revolutionizing the speed of 3D printing
Carbon fiber rods in CoreXY’s ultra-fast and rigid motion structure allow the X1E printer to achieve a tool head acceleration of 20,000 mm/s² by reducing the weight of moving parts. This faster acceleration allows the X1E to maintain a maximum travel speed of 500 mm/s for longer periods of time, significantly reducing overall printing time.
Compensating for vibration and extrusion issues
At these high printing speeds, active compensation for vibration and extrusion problems is essential to ensure stable and high-quality 3D printing.
The X1E can actively compensate for XY axis vibration and extrusion problems to ensure exceptionally smooth print quality. All measurements are fully automatic, eliminating the need for manual adjustments.
Trouble-free 3D printing with artificial intelligence
The X1E 3D printer’s artificial intelligence algorithm can detect first layer defects and spaghetti defects using Lidar and computer diagnostics. It then automatically pauses printing to prevent catastrophic failures, reducing filament loss and machine downtime.
Automatic Filament Management
The Automatic Material Management System (AMS) allows automatic spool replacement during printing when the filament runs out or the project calls for printing with different filaments. The AMS supports automatic filament reloading to utilize all the filament on one spool before moving on to the next.
The Bambu Lab X1E can connect 4 Bambu AMS systems in parallel to print up to 16 spools of filament simultaneously.
