Description
Glass-filled Rigid 4000 Resin for Form 4
Rigid glass-filled Rigid 4000 Resin designed for 3D printing on the new generation Formlabs Form 4 printer.
Rigid 4000 Resin is a glass-filled resin that prints precise and rigid 3D models comparable to the rigidity of PEEK and PEKK thermoplastics. It has a smooth, matte, polished surface and is very resistant to heat and chemicals.
Choose Rigid 4000 for rigid and durable engineering prototypes, general load-bearing applications, and industrial parts that must withstand heavy loads without buckling.
Why choose Rigid 4000?
Rigid 4000 Resin is a glass-filled material that has the highest tensile strength in our engineering resin library.
- Rigid. Resistant to deformation under a variety of forces, pressures and torques.
- High thermal and chemical resistance. Withstands high temperatures and various chemicals.
- Precision. Produce strong, detailed, and accurate molds or models.
- Smooth, matte finish. Deliver parts that look and feel like the finished product.
Rigid 4000 applications
Produce stiff and strong engineering-grade prototypes that can withstand stress:
- Fasteners and brackets.
- Thin-walled parts.
- Tools and fixtures.
- Simulates the rigidity of PEEK.
