Step 1: Design and Setup

Import intraoral scans into your dental CAD software. Design the denture base and the teeth arches (either as separate components or a monolithic block). Ensure the design parameters match the resin specifications. Export the designs as STL files.

Step 2: Print Preparation

Load the STL files into PreForm. Assign "Premium Teeth Resin" (Bleach) for the teeth and a compatible Denture Base Resin for the gingiva. Orient the teeth with the occlusal surface angled 10-30 degrees away from the build platform to preserve anatomical detail. Use a 50-micron layer height for optimal surface quality.
