This advanced, nano-ceramic filled biocompatible material is engineered for dental professionals who refuse to compromise on aesthetics or performance. Optimized for the Form 3 ecosystem, this resin allows you to 3D print extremely durable denture teeth, temporary implant-supported restorations, and bridges in a stunning Bleach shade, meeting the demands of patients seeking a perfect, radiant smile.

High-Performance Nano-Ceramics for Bleach Restorations

Nano-Ceramic Reinforced Strength

Fabricate appliances with industry-leading durability. Premium Teeth Resin is infused with nano-ceramic fillers, providing exceptional intraoral flexural strength and fracture toughness. This robust composition ensures that printed parts can withstand significant masticatory forces, making it a reliable choice for both temporary and long-term removable solutions.

Stunning Bleach Aesthetics

Create restorations that stand out. The Bleach shade is specifically formulated with optimized opalescence and translucency to replicate the look of high-value, whitened enamel. Whether for a cosmetic temporary veneer or a full set of denture teeth, this resin delivers a radiant, natural-looking finish that exceeds patient expectations.

Validated for Clinical Longevity

Trust in a material rigorously tested for the oral environment. Premium Teeth Resin resists abrasion, staining, and wear, ensuring that the bright Bleach shade and structural integrity are maintained over time. It offers validated performance for a wide range of indications, from single units to full-arch All-on-X appliances.

Simplified Finishing Workflow

Maximize lab efficiency with a material that is easy to process. This resin is compatible with standard dental finishing tools and polishes effortlessly to a high gloss. The high dimensional accuracy and ease of finishing reduce manual labor, allowing for faster delivery of premium appliances.

Versatile Clinical Indications

Formlabs Premium Teeth Resin in Bleach shade is the premier choice for high-esthetic restorative applications:

  • Denture teeth for removable prosthetics (Bleach Shade)
  • Temporary All-on-X (full-arch implant-supported) restorations
  • Diagnostic try-in dentures for esthetic verification
  • Temporary single-unit restorations (crowns, veneers, inlays, onlays)
  • Temporary bridges spanning up to 7 units

Workflow Guide: 3D Printing Full Dentures

Follow this validated workflow to produce high-quality, biocompatible dentures using the Formlabs ecosystem.

Step 1: Design and Setup

Import intraoral scans into your dental CAD software. Design the denture base and the teeth arches (either as separate components or a monolithic block). Ensure the design parameters match the resin specifications. Export the designs as STL files.

Step 2: Print Preparation

Load the STL files into PreForm. Assign "Premium Teeth Resin" (Bleach) for the teeth and a compatible Denture Base Resin for the gingiva. Orient the teeth with the occlusal surface angled 10-30 degrees away from the build platform to preserve anatomical detail. Use a 50-micron layer height for optimal surface quality. Print on your Form 3 or Form 3B printer.

Step 3: Wash and Cure

Wash the printed parts in isopropyl alcohol (≥99%) using a Form Wash. Strictly adhere to the recommended wash times to prevent warping. Allow parts to dry completely. Post-cure the teeth and base in a Form Cure according to the specific material profile to achieve full biocompatibility and strength.

Step 4: Assembly and Bonding

After removing supports and smoothing the mating surfaces, insert the teeth into the denture base sockets. Bond them securely using a small amount of uncured liquid denture resin. Cure the assembled denture again to create a solid, seamless chemical bond.

Step 5: Final Finishing

Finish the denture using standard laboratory polishing techniques. Use pumice and high-shine compounds to create a smooth, glossy surface that feels natural to the patient and resists plaque accumulation.
