Achieve the pinnacle of digital restorative dentistry with Formlabs Premium Teeth HT B1 Resin Form 3 Cartridge, 1kg 0.8L. This cutting-edge, nano-ceramic filled biocompatible material is engineered to deliver bright, esthetic results in the popular B1 shade. Designed specifically for the Form 3 ecosystem, it combines industry-leading mechanical strength with lifelike optical properties, allowing dental professionals to 3D print durable denture teeth, temporary implant-supported restorations, and bridges that meet the highest clinical standards.

Nano-Ceramic Precision for Superior Restorations

Best-in-Class Mechanical Performance

Create appliances that stand up to the rigors of the oral environment. Reinforced with nano-ceramic fillers, Premium Teeth Resin offers exceptional intraoral flexural strength and fracture toughness. This robust composition ensures that printed parts resist the forces of mastication, providing a dependable solution for even the most complex dental cases.

Brilliant B1 Aesthetics

Deliver bright, natural-looking smiles. The B1 shade is optimized for translucency and opalescence, mimicking the appearance of natural enamel perfectly. Whether you are fabricating a single temporary veneer or a full-arch restoration, the resin provides a high-value aesthetic that satisfies patients desiring a brighter smile.

Proven Durability and Wear Resistance

Rely on a material with validated longevity. Rigorously tested against abrasion, staining, and wear, Premium Teeth Resin maintains its structural integrity and visual appeal over time. It is the ideal choice for temporary restorations and denture teeth that need to perform consistently throughout their lifespan.

Streamlined Finishing Workflow

Enhance your lab's productivity with a material designed for efficiency. Premium Teeth Resin is easy to polish and finish using conventional dental tools. Its high dimensional accuracy and compatibility with standard workflows significantly reduce post-processing time while delivering a premium surface finish.

Versatile Clinical Applications

Formlabs Premium Teeth Resin is the ultimate material for a wide range of aesthetic and functional indications:

  • Denture teeth for removable prosthetics (B1 Shade)
  • Temporary All-on-X (full-arch implant-supported) appliances
  • Diagnostic try-in dentures
  • Temporary single units: crowns, veneers, inlays, and onlays
  • Temporary bridges (up to 7 units)

Guide to 3D Printing Digital Dentures

Follow this validated workflow to produce high-quality, biocompatible full dentures using the Formlabs ecosystem.

Step 1: CAD Design

Begin by importing intraoral scans or digitized impressions into your dental CAD software. Design the denture base and the teeth arches (either as separate components or a monolithic block). Ensure the design parameters align with the resin specifications. Export the designs as STL files.

Step 2: Print Setup

Load the STL files into PreForm. Assign "Premium Teeth Resin" (B1) for the teeth and the appropriate Denture Base Resin for the gingiva. Orient the teeth with the occlusal surface angled 10-30 degrees away from the build plate to preserve anatomical detail. Use a 50-micron layer setting and print on your Form 3 or Form 3B printer.

Step 3: Wash and Cure

Wash the printed parts in isopropyl alcohol (≥99%) using a Form Wash. Strictly adhere to the recommended wash duration to prevent dimensional changes. Allow parts to dry completely. Post-cure the teeth and base in a Form Cure according to the specific material profile to ensure biocompatibility and maximum strength.

Step 4: Assembly

Remove supports and smooth the mating surfaces. If printed separately, insert the teeth into the denture base sockets. Bond them securely using a small amount of uncured liquid denture resin. Cure the assembly again to establish a seamless, high-strength chemical bond.

Step 5: Final Finishing

Finish the denture using standard laboratory polishing techniques. Use pumice and high-shine compounds to create a smooth, glossy surface that feels natural to the patient and resists plaque accumulation.
