Advanced Nano-Ceramic Performance for Dental Labs
Industry-Leading Strength and Toughness
Fabricate appliances that are built to last. Infused with nano-ceramic particles, Premium Teeth Resin delivers best-in-class intraoral flexural strength while maintaining high fracture toughness. This ensures that printed parts can withstand the rigors of mastication and daily use without failure, providing a reliable solution for complex dental restorations.
Natural A3 Aesthetics
Achieve a seamless blend with natural dentition. This resin features a carefully tuned A3 shade with optimized translucency and opalescence, creating realistic appliances that mimic the look of natural enamel. Whether for a single temporary crown or a full arch, the aesthetic quality ensures high patient satisfaction.
Validated for Long-Term Durability
Trust in a material that has been rigorously tested for the oral environment. Premium Teeth Resin is resistant to abrasion, staining, and wear, ensuring that restorations maintain their physical integrity and appearance over time. It provides validated longevity for everything from temporary single units to full-arch All-on-X appliances.
Seamless Workflow Integration
Streamline your production without compromising quality. This material is designed for compatibility with conventional finishing tools, making it easy to polish and finish. With reduced post-processing time and high dimensional accuracy, it fits perfectly into modern digital dental workflows.
Versatile Clinical Indications
Formlabs Premium Teeth Resin is the premier choice for a wide variety of fixed and removable restorative applications:
- Denture teeth for removable prosthetics
- Temporary All-on-X (full-arch implant-supported) restorations
- Diagnostic try-in dentures
- Temporary single units (crowns, veneers, inlays, onlays)
- Temporary bridges (up to 7 units)
Guide to 3D Printing Full Dentures
Follow this validated workflow to produce high-quality, biocompatible dentures using the Formlabs ecosystem.
Step 1: Design and Setup
Import your intraoral scans into dental CAD software. Design the denture base and the teeth setup (either as separate parts or a monolithic block). Ensure the design parameters match the resin specifications. Export the designs as STL files.
Step 2: Printing
Load the STL files into PreForm. Assign "Premium Teeth Resin" for the teeth and a compatible Denture Base Resin for the base. Orient the teeth with the occlusal surface angled 10-30 degrees away from the build platform to preserve anatomical detail. Use a 50-micron layer height for optimal surface quality. Print on your Form 3 or Form 3B printer.
Step 3: Washing and Curing
Wash the printed parts in isopropyl alcohol (≥99%) using a Form Wash. Adhere strictly to the recommended wash times to prevent warping. Allow parts to dry completely. Post-cure the teeth and base in a Form Cure according to the specific material profile to achieve full biocompatibility and strength.
Step 4: Assembly and Bonding
After removing supports and smoothing the connection points, insert the teeth into the denture base sockets. Use a small amount of uncured liquid denture resin to bond them in place. Cure the assembled denture again to create a solid, seamless chemical bond.
Step 5: Finishing and Polishing
Polish the final appliance using standard dental laboratory methods. Pumice and high-shine compounds can be used to achieve a smooth, glass-like finish that mimics natural teeth and ensures patient comfort.
