Nylon 12 Powder for SLS printing in the Formlabs Fuse 3D printer
Nylon 12 Powder for SLS printing, 6 kg. A consumable material specifically designed for printing on the Formlabs Fuse 3D printer.
Nylon powder for the production of durable, functional prototypes and end-use parts. By laser sintering layers of powder in the Build Chamber of the Fuse 3D printer, the printed part is built up in the volume of the powder, creating a solid product. From it, you will create strong parts with a high degree of detail and complex configuration.
Parts made from SLS Nylon 12 Powder possess: high tensile strength, flexibility, and environmental resistance, with minimal water absorption.
Because of this, Nylon 12 is an excellent material for creating complex models and strong parts with minimal water absorption. It has been tested and certified according to international standards. Thanks to its resistance to various environments, prints can be sterilized and are suitable for biocompatible applications.
Nylon 12 Powder is ideal for:
- High-performance prototyping;
- Small batch production;
- Various permanent fixtures, parts, and tools;
- Biocompatible parts, parts compatible with sterilization.
The Formlabs SLS printing powder is supplied in a box containing two containers of 3 kg each and an RFID card with a preloaded virtual credit for printing.
Fresh powder is added to the Formlabs Fuse Sift, and the "powder credit" is added to the Fuse 1 3D printer to track material usage and available unsintered powder.
