The dual-extruder 3D printing module allows you to create models with support for multiple filaments such as PLA, ABS, PETG, TPU, Nylon, etc.

With automatic calibration, independent Z- and XY-offset adjustment, and a zone-heated build table, the Artisan delivers precise adhesion and high-quality results even for large and functional parts.

• Instant hotend change. In addition to the quick exchange of tool heads and platforms, Artisan also allows for quick nozzle changes. The Luban system automatically recognizes the type and size of nozzles and offers the appropriate configuration options.
• Easy calibration. The Artisan automatically levels the heated platform and adjusts the Z offset for both extruders independently. The XY offset is then calibrated using a semi-automatic process. In just three steps, you are ready for two-color or two-material printing with precise layer positioning.
• Vibration compensation. Intelligent control algorithms and industrial linear guides enable the Artisan to achieve high accuracy even when printing at high speeds.
• Zoned platform heating. The Artisan has a 260 × 260 mm heated area that quickly heats up to 110 °C. The outer area reaches a maximum of 80°C. The inner part of the platform warms up to 60°C in just 2-3 minutes, while the edge areas remain cooled, reducing energy consumption when printing in the center.
• Double PEI texture on flexible sheet. The Artisan work surface is made of steel sheet with a double-sided PEI coating. This structure provides reliable adhesion and is ideal for printing large, complex, or technical models.

Laser engraver for wood and metal with 40 W of power

The 40 W laser module opens up new possibilities for processing over 300 materials: wood, leather, metal, acrylic, etc. Smart Air Assist automatically cleans the surface to prevent charring of the edges, and the autofocus function ensures optimal engraving quality.

• Intelligent Air Assist system. Avoid charring of edges and maintain high quality engraving while keeping lenses clean. Controlling the Air Assist pump through Luban makes it easy to optimize your workflow.

• Convenient focusing. To fine-tune the focus, simply specify the thickness of the material, use the automatic focus, or manually adjust it using the special lever.

• A-B positioning function. In Luban, set control points A and B to quickly define the work area as a rectangle. This allows you to precisely position the image for engraving and simplifies preparations..

• Orientation control. The Laser Safety Shield minimizes exposure to the laser beam. The built-in gyroscopic sensor monitors the position of the module and blocks the laser if it is tilted or installed incorrectly.
• Overheating protection. If the temperature exceeds 55 °C, the module automatically stops working. Once the temperature has stabilized, the process can be easily resumed via the touch panel.
