Dual extruder system for complex printing
The dual-extruder 3D printing module allows you to create models with support for multiple filaments such as PLA, ABS, PETG, TPU, Nylon, etc.
With automatic calibration, independent Z- and XY-offset adjustment, and a zone-heated build table, the Artisan delivers precise adhesion and high-quality results even for large and functional parts.
- Instant hotend change. In addition to the quick exchange of tool heads and platforms, Artisan also allows for quick nozzle changes. The Luban system automatically recognizes the type and size of nozzles and offers the appropriate configuration options.
- Easy calibration. The Artisan automatically levels the heated platform and adjusts the Z offset for both extruders independently. The XY offset is then calibrated using a semi-automatic process. In just three steps, you are ready for two-color or two-material printing with precise layer positioning.
- Vibration compensation. Intelligent control algorithms and industrial linear guides enable the Artisan to achieve high accuracy even when printing at high speeds.
- Zoned platform heating. The Artisan work platform has a 260 × 260 mm heating zone that quickly heats up to 110 °C. The outer area reaches a maximum of 80 °C. The inside of the platform heats up to 60 °C in just 2–3 minutes, while the edge areas remain cool.
