ASA 3D Plastic MonoFilament

ASA 3D Plastic MonoFilament is a substitute for ABS plastic with improved impact resistance and weather resistance. It is resistant to alcohols, oils, diluted acids, cleaning agents, gasoline, and solvents. ASA plastic retains its original color for a long time.

ASA plastic is well-suited for the following processes:

• painting and varnishing;
• sanding, drilling;
• turning operations;
• providing a glossy surface.

ASA plastic from MonoFilament withstands dynamic loads excellently and has good insulating properties. Parts made from this material are easy to glue together. The optimal operating temperature for ASA plastic products is from -40 to +85 °C. The material is also resistant to ultraviolet radiation.
