3D printing in the medical field
Order service

The use of 3D printers allows for the creation of precise, customized models, significantly accelerating diagnostic, treatment, and rehabilitation processes. 3D technologies have changed medicine, making solutions available that were previously complex and expensive.

Precision medical manufacturing with 3D printing

3D scanning

3D scanning
Creation of a digital model of the patient's body that allows perfect adaptation of prostheses, implants and other products.

Certified medical supplies from Formlabs

For printing surgical templates and other body contact products, we use special biocompatible resins from Formlabs that meet the most stringent international standards (ISO 10993, USP Class VI, etc.).

  • More than 10 types of biocompatible resins (including Resin 4B, Surgical Guide Resin, BioMed White Resin);
  • Suitable for sterilisation and autoclaving;
  • Ideal for intraoperative applications;

Printing from high-tech materials

— are modern materials that are actively used in medicine due to their strength, biocompatibility and resistance to sterilisation.

  • PEEK (polyether ether ether ketone) — is a medical-grade thermoplastic ideal for creating temporary and permanent implants. Its key advantage is lightweight, sterile and radiopaque.
  • Cobalt chrome — is an alternative to titanium. It is used in maxillofacial surgery, dentistry and orthopaedics. It is characterised by increased rigidity and resistance to wear.

3D printing with titanium - a new standard for medical devices Additive technologies make it possible to produce strong, lightweight and biocompatible structures from titanium. This solves several problems at once:

  • Customised implants and prostheses follow the patient's anatomy as closely as possible.
  • Surgeries are faster and recovery is more comfortable.
  • The need for complex modifications to standard solutions is eliminated.
