The Formlabs Fuse Build Chamber Inner Gasket is an essential component for preventing powder leakage and ensuring print stability. The inner gasket, also known as the volcano seal, is designed to maintain the airtightness of the build chamber's internal volume in the Formlabs Fuse series 3D printers. The part provides a tight fit and isolation of the working area, preventing polymer powder from entering the internal mechanisms of the chamber and ensuring stable thermodynamic conditions during SLS printing.

Replacement of the gasket is necessary if visible cracks, tears, or deformations appear on the material, if there is a change in color or loss of elasticity due to thermal impact, as well as if powder spills during the lifting or moving of the build platform piston. The part is compatible with build chambers for the Formlabs Fuse 1 and Fuse 1+ 30W SLS 3D printers.
