Return and exchange of the Goods is carried out in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine.

The provisions of the Law of Ukraine “On Protection of Consumer Rights” regulate the relations between consumers of goods (works, services) and sellers of goods (contractors, service providers) of various forms of ownership. According to Article 1, paragraph 22 of this Law, a consumer is an individual who purchases goods for personal needs not directly related to business activities. The Law of Ukraine “On Protection of Consumer Rights” does not apply to legal entities and individual entrepreneurs.

Exchange and return of Goods of good quality

The Buyer may exchange or return the Goods of good quality within 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the date of receipt of the Goods if the Goods do not fit in color, shape, dimensions, size or for other reasons and cannot be used.

The procedure for returning the Goods of good quality in accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On Protection of Consumer Rights”:

• No more than 14 days have passed since the purchase of the Goods.
• To be able to exchange or return the Goods, the Buyer must ensure the following:
• The Goods are in the same condition as at the time of transfer to the Buyer: they have not been in use and their presentation is preserved (fully complete, without traces of use and mechanical damage, the integrity of the original packaging is not compromised, all labels, protective films, factory markings, etc. are fully intact), and their consumer properties are preserved.
• Documents confirming the fact and conditions of purchase of the specified Goods.
• The Buyer informs about the intention to exchange or return the Goods by using the Feedback Form on the page: Contacts or by sending a letter to the mailbox: info@3ddevice.com.ua.
• The Online Store Operator shall agree with the Buyer on the terms and method of returning the Goods to the Seller, as well as other necessary details.
• The Buyer shall pay for the delivery of the returned Goods.

Exchange and return of the Goods of inadequate quality

The exchange and return of the Goods of inadequate quality is regulated and carried out in accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On Consumer Protection”.

Important!

• The purchase of Goods for a single use (“free rent”) is not permissible.
• Please make sure that the complaint about the operation of the device does not arise due to non-compliance with the calibration procedures and/or recommendations for its configuration, etc. To prevent this, we recommend that you carefully read the device manual and contact our specialists if you have any questions.

The 3ddevice.com.ua store may from time to time unilaterally update this Regulation without notifying the Buyers of such changes. The new version of the Regulations comes into force from the moment it is posted on the online platform, unless otherwise provided by the new version of the Regulations.
